First the CD didn't load correctly and I had to work with it for quite a while to make it load. Second there was a bug that indicated a W-2c would be sent because of deferred SS payments which was incorrect and mentioned many times on the Forum. Third, when doing the state taxes the deductions did not include my pension income.
