Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had to answer the same questions over and over. This year I have been very frustrated on Turbo Tax. I could not move on until I agreed to everything! I NEEDED to file the federal return and I knew I would only need to use the standard deduction but no...if I wasn't able to do the state return at the same time, I was told to delete all information and send it by mail.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is user friendly Turbotax is super userfriendly and have so many questions and tips to guide you throughout the process. If I am unsure of the questions, the guided questions do help.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax - Helpful, But Large Price Hike Towards the end when I was getting ready to submit my payment info, it would help if the price I'm paying appeared on more screens. When I was inputting my credit card info, I wasn't 100% sure I was NOT going to get charged an extra $39 for processing fees until AFTER I moved through several additional screens. Made me nervous I was going to get dinged extra charges for no reason until I got to the very end. Also, although TurboTax was very helpful, I was not pleased with the large cost increase in using the service. I used the same services as last year, but the price hike was $40 - that's quite a jump in this service that requires no extra effort from any workers. Kinda ridiculous to be honest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was extremely user friendly & provided answers. I would be the first to tell anyone to use TurboTax. For years i tried to convince my children to give it a try and now they are also hooked and we get to share what we have found useful with the question and answer section, good information. Thanks very much for this program. I have used it from its conception.
