Rated 4 out of 5 by from More glitches this year than in the past I've been using turbotax for 5 years and I think it's overall a great product, but this year there were several glitches that would lead to being "caught in a loop". When finalizing a section it would ask me to review something, which I would do, then I would have to go through the entire system again (like 10 clicks) and then it would ask me to review the exact same thing again which took me back to the same point. I eventually just skipped it because there was no problem with that section and i'm unsure why it kept asking me to review that section. This wouldn't be a big deal except you have to keep declining their additional products every time you pass certain sections so it gets frustrating. Also, in the final step when you enter your drivers license expiration date, turbotax asked you what format the date was in. Certainly they are smart enough to program it so it already "knows" this information based upon what state you selected. This isn't a big deal, but for a product that is all about ease of use, this should be simple to fix.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems with the Review This Year TurboTax makes filing taxes simple, but this year I ran into issues during the review process. - I had to "review" my W-2 (even though it was imported directly into the form) - When I "corrected" the form, it added a duplicate W-2 to my taxes (doubling my income) - Rather than chat with the annoying AI bot in the help, I simply started over. TurboTax worked better the second time answering all the questions
