Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax gets worse every year Not good. Does not carry over all of last years required tax information. Explanations of some income and deductions sections is incomplete so you get frustrated

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as good as last year or in the past As always I appreciate the line by line and especially the auto populate from previous years. I miss the risk factor bar at the top as you go along, alerting to any off entries in the immediate moment. I wasn't sure if I was ever done at the end and struggled with mailing in my state return without paying the $25 dollar e-file charge. I did not find it as easy to go back to specific pages or forms when going through the corrections; clunky; just wanted to remove a vehicle from schedule C... kept asking me questions about it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from SNEAKY BILLING, Purposeful BAD interface No option to change service level, tried billing me $209 for a service i didnt ask for. Asked multiple times with confusing options to squeeze money out of me. I hope this company fails.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is awesome and easy to use I was initially a little nervous because I had never used TurboTax before. Because I had never submitted a tax return online before, I was a little hesitant. The rest was simple after starting and creating an account. It was great; the instructions were clear and it was supportive step by step. I'd probably suggest it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The new Form 7203 (which started in 2021) was fun I like the excellent infinite loop in TurboTax for Form 7203 until the tax-filer gets it right. It is a benefit for S Corporations, involving the art of calculating an equity cost basis.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use takes away the guess work. Filed my 2023 Tax return in two hours got my return quickly and was able to pay the filing fees from my return. Great service!!
