Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax software has multiple problems The program kept generating the same error code at e-file and it took 8 different interactions with live "help" to resolve it. Under guidance of live-help I had to delete and re-enter both federal and state forms twice. Our taxes were simple yet the software kept rejecting them. The 8th live-help person to assist me told me that this was an issue that TurboTax was working on and that I just had to delete and re-enter both federal and state for a third time and try again. He walked me through it and it finally worked. Time to find a new tax filing company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over-priced and unreliable Why when doing the check for the Federal does the program say this and that is missing, but you did the step-by-step process? Nothing should be missing unless I skipped something which I did! And why does the print crap out and crash the program? And why does it ask me to do a PA return for my LLC when in PA you don't do a state return? Trying to get more money for nothing?
