Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT pay for live support! Absolutely abysmal experience from beginning to end. DO NOT waste the $70 to upgrade to live support -- the support reps have no idea what they're doing. I spent an HOUR with one lady who still had no idea what the issue was, another one who would only use her mouse cursor to circle text I could already clearly read on my screen, and another who said, "Oh that? It's just a glitch, ignore it." (It wasn't) The last rep actually solved an issue for me, by only by cutting and pasting a URL from another website. Absolute rubbish

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JUST GOTTA LOVE ME SOME TURBO TAX MY ONLY REGRET MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I SPENT SO MANY YEARS LETTING OTHER PEOPLE AND COMPANIES OVERCHARGE ME AND BASICALLY ROB ME BLINDLY. THOSE DAYS ARE LONG GONE AND TURBO IS HERE TO STAY. YOU CAN'T LOSE WITH TURBO.
