Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is LAZY This is my 24th year using Turbo Tax. Years ago the product would get better each year. Now, you keep seeing the same problems every year. At the end of the process you get all these dumb errors that you have to fix manually... come on... just use your product and see the issues people are having and fix them. Dumb stuff like the name of my company... you have known that for 24 years... or simple questions they didn't ask me at the beginning and now I have to manually deal with it. You always end up in some silly "loop" and can't get the return filed. I finally started overriding things and after the 12th "loop" I got filed. It seems to me that Turbo Tax has their product on "milk the cow" and are not investment in improvement. Next year, I think I will try a competitive product and see how it goes... I'm tired of feeling taken advantage of. I've now finished my LLC returns... now I need to finish my personal return separately... don't get me started on how dumb that is....
