Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is (OKAY) It was quite easy using turbotax, but the services didn't seem helpful at all. I didn't feel very confident doing my taxes and it took me roughly two hours. I feel like there should be a bot on standby automatically, to assist with every step, without taking an extra step.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Couple of big time wasters still present overall the load from Quickbooks would save time but - - no load ability from Quickbooks online. This has been promised for 2 years!!! Days lost loading a trial desktop version and downloading then uploading data - Turbo tax totals never balance on the Balance Sheet. All numbers are correct yet the totals are still wrong. The only way to fix is go into the forms and override. Again, big waste of time considering how much these programs cost
