My rather complex and difficult tax return was made extremely simple by TurboTax along with the awesome expert Ms.Terri who walked me through effortlessly every step of the way, from the beginning until the end, and within 30 minutes it was all done and filed!

I keep my paperwork throughout the year in one folder that I know I will pull out when it's tax time. I started my taxes today before dinner and 4 hours later I am finished. Only because of the simplicity of turbo tax, can I do that. (Even while cooking dinner and 4 kids running around)

Installation took a hour Installation took an hour with a PC with Have a GIG in Hard Drive space and 32GB in RAM on a network connection getting 500MB+ download speed. Should be no reason for the length of time it took to get the system ready to do taxes. Also, have to do an update before and during the tax prep, why can't you do all the updates at one time?
