Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO IS THE WAY TO GO!!! I have been using turbo tax ever since I started filing taxes, and would you know I am always satisfied. Though this years live help was not as good as last years, I know that I got what I paid for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from its ok I paid for turbo delux which I thought covers processing fees. But apparently when you have the fees taking out of your refund. Turbo Tax charge an additional fee for processing. Even if you just paid extra to upgrade to delux. but if you pay with a credit or debit card you won't get charged that extra fee which makes no sense. Stop over charging people. What is the point of paying for an upgrade? /

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is getting greedy I have used TurboTax every single year that I have filed taxes since I turned 18. Everything worked smooth and easy like normal. But $40 just to pay with my refund ? What is that? I had to get the deluxe edition so it cost me $80 to use your service. Of course you don't mention anything about paying with your refund costing anything until the very last page before you submit the darn thing. I will be looking at other options next year. I think your service works flawlessly, but I cannot afford these ridiculous fees.
