Turbotax SucksMade me put in the same info twice and then treated it like two incomes, and even though it was duplicate info they would've let me file. Not to mention it is only slightly cheaper than when I'd have a certified CPA do it.

Product going downhillFirst year I've ever had problems with TurboTax (and I've been using since MacInTax days!). Keeps freezing and crashing and doesn't save file. I've restarted three times. This wasn't happening until the program uploaded updated files today. Aaaargh!

love TurboTax!I always used to delay filing due to all the documents I had to gather and information I had to remember or keep in a personal file, but with Turbo, everything is automatic and everything is mostly done at the beginning of every year.
