Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but Could be Better Everything may be "user friendly", but the fact that someone using Turbotax is charged almost 50$ in an automatic upgrade fee to the premium package benefit just because you want to use your return for payment is outrageous and predatory. Obviously some people who are using the cheapest package option, which is deluxe, may find it difficult to pay for tax services out of pocket. If they are choosing to pay with the return it helps their financial situation to pay with that return money. That is despicable that that option isn't included within each package choice, instead of having to pay an additional charge. It is such an abuse of a company taking advantage of people and their hard earned money. I won't be using turbotax in the future for that reason.

I have been using Turbo Tax for a few years, and was considering changing to another service, but I received a 30% off coupon with coupon code so I could apply it to my Turbo Tax fee for cost of processing federal return. Absolutely could not find ANY PLACE AT ALL to enter my coupon! No instructions anywhere! They wait until you get to the very last page where you submit your taxes and pay the processing fees, but no where to apply a coupon code that THEY MAILED TO ME!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trying Turbo Tax again this year to see if they do It took me 10 months last year to get my refund and only apology I received was a free refund this year which I still did not receive. Im Praying that this year goes better because the buck was pushed around last year and I almost never got my refund!!!!
