Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tubotax helped in minutes. Amazing program interface, easy to use and navigate. Only had one issue, requested to speak with an expert, and within 10 minutes I had completed everythinig needed and finished my taxes!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the stress if you're W2 AND 1099 I started out with just W2s and it was straightforward. However, they do charge when filing is free. The idea is getting the most "deductions", but when you're W2, everything is straightforward. I have both and it's a living nightmare trying to navigate the site; it won't let me see all the work I did last year to compare, even though I paid; and I can't understand why my gross income is similar to last year but instead of receiving a refund, I owe. I had to upgrade to get someone to answer my questions, but it took me like six hours when I could have paid a professional a similar amount for a faction of the time. The perk is that you don't need to leave your home and with the upgrade, turbotax will take legal responsibility. HOWEVER - they tried to charge me $59 to file in a state where individuals do not legally need to file. That's misleading and a crime.

It has an organized way of obtaining my information and is not complicated to use. I've been very satisfied with Turbo Tax!

Very easy to use, love the interfaces, takes me thru every step plus the reviews & checks. Price is reasonable as well. Oh yes the E-filing! It does it all start to finish! What more could a customer ask for?
