Rated 3 out of 5 by from Processing Fee?! I understand there's a charge to use this service as it's convenient, but the processing fee to get it taken out of the return is absolutely ridiculous. It doubles the price, which silly because it can't cost $39 to process one small transaction through your own company.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helpful...but Throughout the process, you get helpful tips and great guidance. But the hidden fees and over-priced services are ridiculous. Why it has to charge so much to file using my refund is crazy. But when it is a money-hungry business, I guess you take what you can get. At least I didn't have to go into an office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I don't know what a lot of things are, but turbotax makes it easy. They show you where to get your information and documents and make it so you can upload the document from your phone. You can also just type in the info too.
