Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the way to go! The Turbo Tax program was very user friendly, and it walked through from start to finish with the greatest amount of deductions. I was very pleased.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall very helpful, but CA state biz is terrible TT is overall very helpful - I use it every year. However this year, when including a small business (SMLLC), the Federal business was just fine, but the CA state business return was absolutely terrible! I'm reasonably savvy with taxes and technology, and I can tell you that TT state business was missing in action (have to enter directly into the forms, no questions/guidance, you're on your own). From experience, I expect more of TT and really hope they get this addressed for next year!

On several occasions, the software seemed to get in an endless loop of asking the same series of questions over and over again. I also had a major problem importing my taxes from last year. My name was not even correct!!!
