Even when I had a contract job and had new forms and wasn't sure how to go about it, TurboTax asked all the right questions. I like the breakdowns that explain why you are owing/gaining money. Great product, easy to use.

For the few issues I encountered google, my brokerages, and certain unrelated forums had far better answers than any of the tax professionals I spoke with. Several of them hung up on me and I spent hours on hold. The extra cost for live has so far been a complete waste of money and I did not have a good experience with it.
