I used TurboTax Full Service and received way more support, information and communication from my preparer thatn I have in the past 5 years with an independent accountant. it was very easy to upload and use the site both from my phone and computer.

LOIALTY DESCOUNT OF ANY ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS ARE NOT AVALIBLE AND I STILL FIND MY SELF HAVING TO ENTER TIME CONSUMING INFORMATION THAT I AM BEING SOLD TO BELEIVE WILL BE IMPORTED TO SAVE TIME AND EITHER SOME OR NONE SEEMS TO BE THE CASE THIS WILL PROBLELY BE THE LAST YEAR I USE THE SERVICES AFTER MANY YEARS OF USE. I'VE USED FREE ONE THAT SEEM JUST AS ACCURITE MINUS THE COST.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Again Last year I told myself I'd never use TurboTax ever again. Why did I? Moving forward I will use H&R Block software for $40+. That's better than $49 Federal, $49 State, AND $43 TRANSACTION FEE.
