I would complete a section (it said "complete") but the website kept taking me back to the beginning again and again and again. Made me re-enter my info over and over. I inquired with the Help-Bots but no answers were found there, in fact the Help-Bots response wasn't even relevant to my question! What's going on?!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Year with the Turbo Tax Return Again easily and non-stressful Turbo Tax did all my paperwork and check and re-check each and every box and number. This made my return easy and profitable for myself. Thanks to Bill Caylor and his intelligence in making this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Paying Taxes Stinks, But TurboTax Doesn't Turbotax makes it pretty painless. It takes you through things well and let's you undo things easily when you make a mistake. I like that. It's a pretty darn good system. The only complaint I have is when you go to buy audit support or to pay with your credit card, only the tinest little slice of the blue PAY NOW button is above the tool bar at the bottom of the display, and there's no way to scroll down. It's like that one page isn't formatted correctly or something like that. But that's my only complaint. Good job, TT. Now if you could make my upcoming colonoscopy and root canal easy as well, I'd really appreciate it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Helpful and Makes taxes less stressful great product and makes life easy! I lived in two different states last year. My prior tax servicer filed my taxes wrong for one of the states last year. This year Turbo helped me out doing it correctly.
