Rated 3 out of 5 by from Federal works well, State of Montana lacks Federal system works well. The system questioned my entries concerning a traditional to Roth conversion. The questions the software asks should be more specific to improve communication and accuracy. State of Montana program needs improvement. The software does not pick up all the differences in state law. I contacted customer service for help with the Montana Medical Savings Account. It was easy to reach a live person and they spoke American English which was great. They had a sincere interest in helping with the problem, however they struggled to correct the issue created by the software. It would help if the software made it easier to over ride automatic entries, but even better would be software written accurately to accommodate all possible tax situations.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from issues loading I have a not that old laptop running Windows 10 that turbotax would not load onto, regardless of what we tried. I spent an hour on the phone with the support staff and they couldn't figure it out either. It immediately loaded on another laptop that was brand new. It should not be that sensitive .....
