Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax has potential to be awesome someday Very prompt live assistance. However, there were a few disappointments. 1. It tends to retrieve data from only the first account when the 1099-INT contains data for multiple accounts with the bank 2. I was forced to characterize a CD as a bond because CD was not a response option available in reply to question while reviewing imported 1099-B data from a brokerage account 3. TurboTax claims that it is able to retrieve 1099-R from Fidelity NetBenefit, the custodian and record keeper of my pension and 401-k accounts. However, it failed to import any of the 1099-R's I received forcing me to manually enter a ton of data.
