was pretty seamlessI like the fact that there are answers to common questions on every page, its definitely nice to know details about what's happening. Didn't really like that I had to pay towards the end, I'm assuming its because I had a school tax form as well, just would like to know what tax forms mandate an upgrade, and cost you more money.
