Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product is good....Price has gotten way too high I have used turbotax for as long as I can remember. When I began the price was about $39. Last year when the tax code changed to eliminate my ability to itemize the effort got way simpler. However, the price had migrated up to $69. This year I thought I began using USAA to access. However, at the end the cost was $90. When I saw the cost I went to USAA to get my lower price through their site. However, it says I cannot use it unless I began accessing that way. My taxes are relatively easy and I don't use the donation appraisal part any more, but the cost continues to go up. Next year I will be looking for another method unless the cost drops dramatically.

It is eas to follow, detailed, and even f you don't get the max package, they have answers ready at every step to help you understand every question. I like that the live person is optional. I also like that they allow you to choose if you want to manually enter in your information or use their automated servies. Every year they improve.
