Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nickels and Dimes It's unbelievable how much the price increases each year and then they have the gall to nickel and dime you. For example, they give you one "free" state return, but then charge you $25 if you want to e-file it, which you pretty much have to do, so it is NOT free. Then they actually rebate you $10 and act like they did you a big favor when all they really did was take $15 for something that costs them zero.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from per-state tax info on some mutual funds is painful I had some tax-exempt dividends on a couple of mutual funds that were spread across almost every state. I had to create a spreadsheet to enter the hundreds of percentages and sum up the per-tax amount. Then I had to play with the rounding so it added up exactly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was very good, now a bit better TTDeluxe user since the 1990s: Handling of simple schedule C for Realtor is more slick, computation and posting of maximum SEP much improved. EV rebates EZ! Could use a fuller explanation of reason estimated tax payments are required some years, even when getting a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy and accurate, cheap I have used turbo tax for many many years except for two years I was self employed (fear of IRS) but even though...it was within dollars of CPA figures and turbo figures when compared. This is a very professional template and easy to use.

My wife and i got married last year and have been ruing the day we submitted our taxes. thanks to the quick help on turbo tax it took less than an hour of work and they were there to help every step of the way! I don't think I will ever file myself again.
