Makes Filing Taxes BearableI love how everything is made as easy as possible. Also, that there are help buttons all throughout the process that ACTUALLY help and know what the issue is you are having. My favorite part of all are the cute comments that are added in. It makes it feel personal and not like you are doing your taxes.

When I don't know what something means, there is always a friendly little blue question mark to click that gives me all the info I need.
