Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax2020 Had to use support twice. Once we had to download all over again even though i had a disc. Second time was even worse but support finally fixed it. In all the years I have used tt, never had the problems I had this year

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Corrupted Files I entered my tax return data and saved for later review. However the software file was corrupted and I had to redo. Customer Service sent me new software and tried to recapture my data from the .tax202 file and the .pdf file but it did not work. This took forever because they wanted me to reload windows10. Very inefficient tax return this year.
