Rated 3 out of 5 by from Service depends on the tax preparer assigned you In March 2020, I had a very bad experience with a tax preparer who made a mistake interpreting basic information. Turbo Tax dropped me without speaking to me about it first. (Although I shouldn't be the one interpreting a tax form.) As time was running out, I was forced to file an extension. My current TT preparer was very efficient and knowledgable. I Wish she'd been assigned to me back in March! I plan to request her for 2021 tax prep.
