Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still Clunky and Frustrating I've used TurboTax Deluxe for several years, but this year may be my last. The program is slow to load and navigation is frustrating. I realize that the late changes to the tax law this year were not Turbo Tax's fault, but the program promised an email notification when the changes had been accomplished. The email never came.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use Turbo Tax was super easy to use. I wish it didn't cost $110....I feel like if I do it myself it should be a bit cheaper...but it is what it is. I have had H&R Block to my taxes in the past at it cost about $120....so I saved $10...not bad I guess...but super easy to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like the TurboTax way of doing my taxes!! TurboTax gets me through doing my taxes as direct as possible. I was able to chat online with a Tax Expert and she assured me about my stimulus check situation. She assured me my taxes were in good hands.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurbTax works-ish Straight forward, some weird federal return price fluctuation when I uninstalled and reinstalled with downloading issues. Really weird that they only give you the option to e-file or mail - I do not want to pay $25 to e-file my state return, why can't you have two separate options? Disappointed in that
