Rated 3 out of 5 by from 1099-B representations are false! Very good for the basics but a big letdown on 1099-B download representations. Could not handle ~3000 downloaded transactions from Fidelity in spite of success messages. Created A LOT of additional work and phone calls. Then when efiled return, instructions on what to do with required supporting documentation was severely lacking. Phone reps were great but product should have performed as represented.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1st Time Doing my Own Taxes This is my first time filing my own taxes and it wasn't as painful as I thought. There were many helpful links throughout the process. The search engine definitely helps me wonder where to enter information for different forms that I had. Definitely saved money going this route and will be doing this moving forward.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Struggled with Duplicate Accounts I love TurboTax with one exception. Somewhere in my past, I ended up with a second account with the same email address/user name. One account has 10 years of tax returns. The other has none. It's a crap shoot which one opens when I try to get in. Very frustrating.
