We had a sweet lady named Kathy that was very patient and pleasant. She assisted us through the process and we were able to finish in no time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use I like the product. It is easy to use. Every year prior to this one, I paid a price for Basic TurboTax, about $60. This year, that didn't seem to be an option. I was forced to do it online and then, because my husband bought and sold shares, I was forced to pay $170 so I could get help with that. I was able to chat with a CPA, which was good, but I think $170 is too much of an increase from Basic. I paid it anyway, but gee, what happened for Intuit to change to this strategy?
