Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome and easy to use ! I am a small business owner and I work full time, which can make tax season very stressful. Turbo Tax helped me to understand how to complete my schedule C, find the most tax deductions as well as fix any error prior to submitting my return. I also received a discount on my filing fee! Turbo Tax is the best, I am very satisfied with their service and will continue to use every year !

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stock Options When a Stock Call or Put is sold Turbo Tax wanted me to hand put in my basis costs. Base Cost is always ...zero...when selling Calls and Puts. Who wants to ...review...over 190 transactions because Turbo Tax did not like zero for a base cost.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but some flaws need to be fixed For our PFL, they took our gross income off our W2 and entered that. It made it look like all our income should not be taxed. We thought we were getting $10,000 back for days and then when we fixed the error TurboTax had entered it said $5,000. TurboTax helped us get back a lot so we still like it, but some errors make it more challenging.

Love the Turbo Tax and their customer support, but wish it was not so terribly expensive per filing ( I am still using old computer and was not able to download the program, so each family member I filed for had to pay for Premium over $100/return...no returning customer discounts...
