However, my state doesn't have an income tax and it always bugs me to pay extra for a state return. I feel like I have to pay close attention or they will tack on extra charges when I'm not looking. My spouse has a robinhood account and they issued a tax form. We did not sell any stocks, but because they issued the forms with 0s in the boxes, TurboTax kept wanting to sell my the deluxe package because I had something in the box.
