Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works, but not easy Did not like the repeated sales requests to upgrade. Wanted more money because a stock got bought out and I needed to file a form for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not what it used to be I've been a TurboTax user since TY1997. The platform really took off in the '00s, but has significantly downgraded over the last few years. Tax Information, etc. used to be much easier to access, including helpful videos and explanations. Now, they depend on the very questionable forum of the customers answering eachother's tax preparation questions. Customer Service is totally ineffective at this point. I had TurboTax Advantage for years, but I finally unsubscribed after 3 years of not getting the product (with no reasonable explanation). This year, I wasn't able to even buy the product after talking to a "dedicated line" for an hour. I opted for buying through a different vendor, and I will try another product next year to see if I can change permanently from this platform. Also, I have had issues for the last few years regarding payments for additional services, like filing State Taxes and TaxAudit. They have a good product, but they make it very difficult for people to continue to buy it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had a problems with the program. I have used Turbo Tax for years. I used Turbo Tax this year. It did not save the file properly. It kept saying the file was corrupted. It would not reopen the file. Had to do it again to get it to save properly.
