Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is not my desired software to use The ever increasing cost, which is too high, along with the constant and somewhat sneaky feeling requests to share my data with intuit or push refund money to credit karma - it all feeling slimy. I am looking for a new software next year. Seriously.

This service puts my mind at ease, and I know there's an Expert available if I need to rely on some additional support.

I was nervous and then quite relieved with the "learn more" and "help" access along the way. I had so many questions I had not dealt with in prior tax seasons. I like to read and understand the why supporting my answers. Thank you for the positive experience, I think you have developed a terrific product.
