Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrades TurboTax is easy and straightforward. I love the new format and flow, and even when I had questions, they were quickly and easily answered. Our taxes get more complicated every year, but it went very smoothly in spite of that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from complicated and error prone I've been using your product beginning with Mac in Tax. it is growing increasingly difficult to navigate. This year I had numerous unexplained problems, ending with the file being rejected. I just hope this filing will be accepted.

I ended up having to print my returns but TurboTax provided NO information where I was supposed to send them. I need a COMPLETE tax solution, not just something that gets me 99% of the way there
