Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax provide excellent service. Turbo Tax provides excellent service. For me they were precise, understanding and patient. I used their service last year. And this year I came back because I had tax returns from two states and it was difficult for me. Turbo Tax provided great service in record time.

It's so easy to follow the guidance of the program to upload my previous year's tax information and update for the current year. TurboTax asks me all the questions to guide me through effortlessly filling out the needed forms, prompting me for information needed to support each item. When it's time to submit/transmit my taxes, I'm confident that TurboTax has been thorough and accurate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not very (pun intended) intuitive Navigation is clumsy, I ould not recommend. I will say, however, it could be as a result of the Windows interface, being that I am mostly a MAC user. MAC version is needed and should be made available, come on Intuit.

After a job change and starting to invest in a little crypto and stocks, our taxes got more complex and I was getting lost in filling out the information by myself. Before engaging full service, I was looking at having to pay upwards of $6,000!! After Collene took over, we now only owe $71. Praise God for Collene and Turbotax!!
