Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Good For the first time this year (I've used it the past 8 yrs), I had trouble loading all the income info. I couldn't find where to load the SSA-1099 for my wife. Had to request a Turbo TAX Expert find it for me. I could also have done without the cheering section. Having the program tell me how great everything is going just increases the amount of time required to get it done.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS OK BUT TRAPS YOU INTO PAYING $$$ I agreed to pay an extra $50.00 and then you get to another screen and is very confusing and I thought I said no to the additional money but when it came time to pay, I had chosen the extra cost but there was NO WAY TO GET OUT OF PAYING THE EXTRA AMOUNT. That is not good business practice - not to give you a way to get out of paying the extra amount.

The person I called for help with Turbo Tax was wonderful, but getting the system to recognize that I did not have disaster relief took quite a bit of time, and it would not let me do our youngest son's taxes for free. I had to go to another company to get those done.
