Nonetheless, my concern is with the very first time I called for help. My call was picked up, but the person on the line never responded, then they hung the phone up. I'm thankful that the call I made this morning was received well. "Excellent Representative Venus." Moreover, my prayer is that my questions with Venus was answered correctly, in that this is my very first time completing my taxes on my own. Grace and peace multiplied, and thanks.
