Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax is the wors I don't mind paying $125 for your service but paying $65 in the store and then having all kinds of hidden fees felt like the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. As a result I will not ever be using turbo tax again in the future. As a customer I shop and spend money on transparency and how I feel using your product which was an overall horrible experience.
