Rated 1 out of 5 by from What I used FREE for years is NOT anymore $169.00 fee and wouldn't have paid it if wasn't my health condition in poor shape. I couldn't turn around after filling all the information and start all over. Poor way to do business, and feel TURBOTAX took advantage of my history, and started charging a FEE. Sorry, this is very poor handling of your service. Goodbye forever.

This year I had lots of trouble trying to fix the state return related to the occupancy time of my rental property. I rented it for 365 days, but turbo tax kept saying I was for personal use for 365 days. Spent 2 hours and still couldn't fix it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax issues I have had issues with certain areas of Turbo tax and not being able to get around very easily. You have to go through all the interview questions to get to a spot and sometimes you can't get back to a spot. Very frustration

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax has been great, and keeps getting greater I've done my own taxes for decades, but Turbotax has made a terrific difference, and seems to get better every year, especially with online completion and filing of returns. When I had a few problems this year ("fix these issues...") I called the online expert (on Friday night at 11 PM) and immediately got terrific help.

I was able to do it all by myself because it is so easy to use.. last few years you guys were talking too me until I can completely understand what I was doing.. I recommend you guys to anyone.. thanks again and see you next year.
