Rated 1 out of 5 by from Meh Software issue caused rejected state return. Couldn’t resend return through app had to go to browser. Extra steps made it annoying also nothing offered for inconvenience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy So much better then sitting in a tax office for an hour. I can file my taxes in less the 30 minutes. Fast easy and explains everything. Pretty much does all the work for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from have to file state separately due to a glitch I had completed my tax return federal and state, however I was only prompted to pay for federal. I then could not submit my returns via e-file. I could not speak to a human for help so I turned toward the community chat resource, which suggested I delete the state and start over. After 5 attempts my state is now unfiled and unprepared. I will never use turbo tax again. I guess 8 years was long enough.
