Rated 1 out of 5 by from additional state return I think it was ridiculous that I paid about $60 for a Kansas interest tax return for a $1 due in taxes (which did not need to be paid because it was so low).

We filed married - jointly, but it still asked me if my spouse filed a tax return????? My wife passed away in January, but it still asked me lots of questions even though I answered that she was unemployed???

The process constantly pointed me toward more expensive products but didn't actually deliver anything I couldn't input myself despite having links to the needed information. There were many instances that required my input but didn't have a place to actually type in the information. There were questions I was asked but no clue where or how to find that information. The "Free Tax Filing" link was well hidden and eventually I gave up looking for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, just annoying sometimes The tax filing part was excellent. TurboTax confused me totally about what my account was, how much I had to pay, if I already had to pay. It never knew when I was logged in or not logged in.
