It is not very helpful in completing special forms since no guidance is provided in how to answer certain questions. For example, on Schedule C there is a question as to whether the business qualifies under 199A. I had to look through Google to find the answer. This is just one example. Not very helpful given the cost of the software,

My return included 401K rollover, selling a rental house and driving with Uber. I used the live chat and also phone calls with the Turbo experts and I'm very satisfied.
