Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax live is not good this is the first time I have used the full service and the person that prepared my taxes didn't get my tax done correctly at the time. Even after the turbo tax team review, they didn't even catch the mistake either. this is very disappointing. I worked for the company in the west coast and i live in another state. they said that i didn't have to fill the state tax return for the state where i did not live but work which is incorrect because i did pay state taxes for both states in the past couple of years. The mistake has caused me to be double taxed by both states.
