I live in NJ and work in NY, and my expectation was to work with someone from these states, who knows all the details of the tax system, but my expert was from Oregon, and because of that he was not able to do the job correctly. In addition the technical system is very primitive: the way you upload files and organize (by date, folders, you have to upload one by one etc.), the chat: why can't we upload files and images in the chat for reference?, knowing when my expert seen my messages etc.
