I was worried this process was going to be difficult, but Helene was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had a great personality making this experience much easier than expected. She walked me through the steps and answered all of my questions. Helene gave great advise for handling my future tax situations as well. I will be reaching out to her for next year's tax season!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Rough start, great finish had a rought start and wasn't sure i was going to use the service, first full service guy just bailed and ghosted me without any follow up but I ended up connecting with an absolute pro who was fantastic to work with. Support Assistants were also really good!

TurboTax 2021 has three minor but annoying issues. -- It offers to submit a federal extension request, but knows nothing about state extensions. -- Prints of the inside pages of the New York IT-2 "Summary of W-2 Statements" .pdf file are scrogged, even though computer displays present them properly. Fortunately, the print version filing data seem to be intact. -- Form 8949 has three pages. They should be numbered "blank", "2", and "3". Instead, TurboTax has them as pages "blank", "2", and "2. Finally, TurboTax 2021 has one glaring bug that has tied up my submission of both returns inexcusably. The IRS rejected my submission with error "IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database." Both values were correct. On March 16, 2022, someone named Mike9241 admitted that he had seen the problem several times. TurboTax could have fixed the problem the first time Mike9241 saw it at some date prior to March 16. It could have fixed it in the months between mid-March and the end of September, when I found it. After working with more than two dozen software development tools, I'll bet pounds to peanuts that I know exactly where to look for the problem in your source code. If anyone at Intuit actually cares, send me a note. Intuit's indifference having been on display for months now, I will not waste hope on you.
