Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Turbo Tax CD was easy to install and the step by step instructions were very clear. The challenge was in trying to e-file the federal and state forms. They kept coming back with the same error, need an AGI fix. Reviewed my 2021 tax return which was filed through Turbo Tax and automatically populated the amount and the amount was correct. Received a text message stating I would receive an email telling me how to correct the issue which on the 5 times I submitted tax return never once did an email come to me. I have used TurboTax for years and have never had this problem. Please resolve this issue so others do not have to print and send in via USPS.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use, not too happy about the rate hikes Easy to use, not too happy about the rate hikes. That's pretty much my only gripe. My tax refund this year was $111, and i had to pay $119 to turbo tax. So thanks Turbo tax for taking my refund!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not impressed I personally am not impressed with the ease of the new Turbo Tax. I chose the Premier bundle that included a free state file. I decided to wait for a few months to send in payment but when I tried to file, the only way it would be sent was if I paid $59.00.
