I had a question this year, and a man named Brett from Kentucky helped me. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient, that I hope this post recognizes his good work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2022 - unimpressed and disappointed This year's version of Turbotax seemed to bog down and quirky in spite of installing it on 2 machines trying to alleviate the problem. There were significant lags in moving from box to box to enter information, prompts in review to enter information which I had no reason to enter or had said NO to. After saying I didn't contribute to an IRA, there was an endless loop during review prompting me for how much I contributed to the IRA I had said I never contributed to. All TT updates were applied when prompted. I was sorely disappointed this year.
