Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for the Basics For years I've loved Turbotax but last year and this year I had some more advanced questions (like taking funds from a QDRO or paying off a HELOC and selling my primary home). Not only could I not find answers through the online help, but I ran through 3 of the LIVE CPA's (all with about 15-20 years "experience") and they COULD NOT help me. No one knew what a QDRO was and the last guy a 20 yr CPA didn't know what a HELOC was and even told me to just skip my 1099-S and sign-up for the audit insurance and take my chances with an IRS audit. REALLY?? I'll be rethinking TurboTax next year.
