I was most impressed with the amount of supporting information TurboTax included with the Deluxe Online service. I got 'stuck' on an IRS Deduction when using H&R Block and couldn't get anyone to answer my question via chat or telephone. So I returned to TurboTax and they saved my bacon

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Gets The Job Done I am a retired CPA and was accustomed to the higher level of Intuit tax products and was skeptical of downgrading the software I used. A bit of a learning curve (because I changed products) but I feel it is a good product, easy to use and produces an accurate tax return. Will use again next year.
