Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy Normally I would go to one of the local change tax filing places and play hundreds of dollars to file my tax, TurboTax was so easy for a first time user. The only down fall is I thought I was done already because I got the document and I've been sitting here waiting for my money, just to realize it wasn't completed. Maybe it was user error and no fault of turbo tax not being completely clear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Did NOT provide a free state filing I have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years. I usually do taxes for a few friends for free. I only did two taxes this year, but I never received the one free state filing. I was charged $25 both times I filed...very disappointed in Turbo Tax.
