Rated 5 out of 5 by from A More Complicated Return for 2022 Normally my taxes are pretty straightforward, but this year involved a small inheritance after the passing of my father. I had a few extra forms and types of income due to the inheritance. Turbo Tax walked me through, I was able to enter all the additional documents by taking a photo of them with me cell phone. I then reviewed each document and made an occasional correction/addition to them. The whole process was pretty straightforward and it cost less than when I used to use a CPA to do my taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLY Expensive... $193 for a simple return It was easy but WAY too EXPENSIVE. I don't make that much money and it wasn't until the very end of filling out my information that they made me upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe ($129). I was able to skip this option for 90% of the process and then they gave me a notice that said I MUST upgrade ($129) to complete my return on top of the already $64 cost. Revolting and ethically wrong.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from asks for payment before finishing did my taxes here 2 years ago and it was fast and easy this year it gave me to much problems and i got charged before i was done. After paying, i still had to do about 10 more things it was annoying
